About Northmark Materials

Corporate Profile

Northmark Materials builds industrial infrastructure for material recovery. The company operates at the intersection of logistics, processing, and manufacturing, treating recovered lumber as a supply-chain asset rather than a salvage product.

Operational Mandate

Northmark develops and operates systems that convert end-of-life residential and commercial structures into specification-grade material inputs. The company is scaling toward a planned annual processing capacity of approximately 5 million board feet, positioning recovered lumber as a reliable volume input for Canadian manufacturing and materials markets.

Strategic Alignment

Delivering recovered materials at scale requires coordination beyond the processing line. Northmark works alongside public agencies and industry partners to align standards, sequencing, and accountability across the recovery ecosystem.

  • Policy Integration: Engagement with municipal and provincial bodies to clarify recovery permissions and diversion reporting without introducing premature mandates.

  • Supply Chain Coordination: Partnerships across demolition, logistics, and distribution to ensure recovery integrates cleanly into existing workflows.

  • Market Standardization: Maintenance of standards-based frameworks that translate recovered material into predictable, non-structural inputs suitable for institutional procurement.
